Nature Remedies is an online natural wellness platform. Through our platform, clients can have video session with a consultant of their choice to discuss their wellness concerns. Consultants may give advice and recommendations using natural methods (ie: nutrition, supplements, herbs, oils, vitamins, minerals, etc..).

After you register and complete your profile, you can purchase an online session with the consultant of your choice. Before the session, your selected consultant will review your health file and be ready to answer any questions you may have. All sessions last for up to 60 minutes after which you will receive an optional session survey to complete.

You may cancel a session at any time. Depending on the time frame that the session is canceled in, you might be subject to a financial penalty. For more information please see the cancelation section in the Terms and Conditions.

All of your data is confidential secured adhering to compliant internet safety standards and practices. Only consultants you interact with have permission to view your information.

If your consultant doesn’t show up, you will be refunded with Nature Remedies credit which will allow you to reschedule a new session with a consultant of your choice. Should you wish to receive a financial refund back to your paying method you will need to contact the Nature Remedies support team.

If you don’t show up, your session is considered to be a no-show and money you have paid for it will be non-refundable.

Even though the Nature Remedies consultant’s, we cannot ensure that you will be fully satisfied with the advice you receive from them. If you are not satisfied with the information that your consultant gives you, you are welcome to mention so in your session survey form at the conclusion of your session. We regularly review these forms to ensure that our clients are satisfied with their sessions. Nature Remedies is not responsible for the information disclosed between the client and consultant.

Each video session lasts for up to 60 minutes. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your session, this time will come off your allocated 15 minutes. If you wish to have more than 15 minutes with a certain consultant, you will have to book more than one session.

Nature Remedies implements high standard security safeguards to protect your data.

All interactive sessions are highly encrypted using the AES cipher with 128-bit keys to encrypt audio and video and HMAC-SHA1 to ensure data integrity.

As long as you have pressed the activation link to start the session, you can resume the session if you lose internet connectivity within the 20 minute session window. We allow a 5 minute buffer in all sessions for cases like this. If for some reason you still have an issue with a session, feel free to contact our support team at support@naturemds.com

Nature Remedies will work with every desktop browser. However, in order to have an interactive session you must either use:

 Google Chrome (latest release version)

Safari (version 11)

 Firefox (latest release version)

 Internet Explorer 8,9,10, and 11 (you will be required to install OpenTok Plugin for Internet Explorer)

 Opera (latest release version)

 

At this point in time it is not possible to have an interactive session using Microsoft Edge or Apple’s desktop Safari browser. Therefore, if you want to have a session on an Apple computer, you will need to run a non-native browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.

We strongly advise using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox for all interactive sessions whether you are a PC or Mac user.

After you successfully book a session and the session time arrives you will be required to be logged into your Nature Remedies profile. Here you will see an activation link button. This button must be clicked within 5 minutes of the scheduled session time or else the session will be lost. If for some reason you experience any difficulties with your session, please shut down your browser, reopen it and press the session link once again.

If for some reason your internet connection is not fast enough during a session, your session will be a voice-only, real-time consultation with no video. Your camera feed will be deactivated and audio only will be available. If for some reason your camera is not automatically deactived and you are experiencing any lags please turn off your webcam by pressing the webcam icon in the address bar.

At this moment in time it is only possible to have a video session using your desktop PC or laptop. We are currently working on a mobile app for both iOS and Android which will be available later this year.

Yes. In order to have an interactive session you don’t need to have a camera. In this case, your session will be a voice-only, real-time consultation, but you will still need a microphone and speaker.
